FAQ

Billing questions

What counts as a request?: One submission POSTed to a form endpoint, including ones caught as spam. Loading a form, opening the dashboard, editing templates, exporting and test emails are free.
What happens when I hit 100 in a day on Free?: Further submissions that day are rejected with a 429 and the hosted page shows a short message. The counter resets at midnight UTC. Enterprise removes the cap.
Is there a monthly minimum on Enterprise?: Yes, $5 a month, which covers payment processing. Above that you pay for billable requests only: a form that does 300 a day costs about $60 a month, 1,000 a day about $270.
Can I get an invoice or pay by bank transfer?: Yes. Enterprise is invoiced monthly with net-14 terms, and bank transfer is the default.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?: Yes. Email support@pixelverse.tech from your organisation's address.
Can I cancel?: Any time. Your forms and data stay on the free tier.
