Each form has its own overview: response trend against the previous period, busiest hours, top locations and sources, device split and how many fields people actually complete.

Notifications and receipts you design
A rich-text editor for the email you get and the confirmation the sender gets. Drop in variables, a button or the answers table, preview on desktop and phone, then send yourself a test.

Publish
A link, an embed, a QR code
Hosted forms are rendered on the server, load without a spinner and look right on every screen, light or dark. Embed one with an iframe that resizes itself, or print the QR code.
- Prefill from the link
- Any field key in the URL fills the field. Hidden fields carry sources and campaign IDs through.
- UTM capture
- Campaign tags, the page URL and time to complete are recorded with each response.
- Thank-you or redirect
- A branded thank-you page with an optional button, or a redirect that can pass the answers along.
- No trackers
- Hosted pages set no cookies and load no analytics scripts. Metadata is derived on the server.

Keep your markup and your stack. Send JSON, form-encoded or multipart data to one URL and get storage, spam filtering, emails, webhooks and analytics without writing a backend.
