• PixelVerse Forms does not collect IP addresses, browser cookies, or tracking data when you submit a form.

How Information Is Used

• The sole purpose of collecting your information is to deliver it to the form creator (our customer) who controls the form you complete.
• PixelVerse Forms does not sell, rent, or use your information for advertising or marketing.
• We only process your information to store it securely and deliver it to the intended recipient.

Data Storage and Processing

• Data submitted through forms is stored securely with Supabase and may be transmitted via Resend email services.
• Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel and connected using industry-standard encrypted connections (encryption in transit and at rest as provided by our third-party providers).
• While we take appropriate measures to safeguard information, we cannot control how our customers handle the data they collect through their forms.

Sharing of Information

• PixelVerse Forms does not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our service (e.g., storage providers like Supabase, email delivery providers like Resend).
• The form creator who collected your information may choose to share or use it in accordance with their own privacy practices, which are outside of PixelVerse Forms’ control.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service to our customers.
• If you wish to have your information deleted, you may contact us at support@pixelverse.tech. We will delete records stored on our systems, but we cannot guarantee deletion from the form creator’s own records or systems.

Security

• We rely on trusted providers such as Supabase, Resend, and Vercel, which use secure, encrypted connections to protect data in transit and at rest.
• We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to help protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Your Rights

• You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information stored on PixelVerse Forms systems.
• For information handled by form creators, please contact the form creator directly.
