Prefill and UTM capture
Fill fields from the link, carry a source through hidden fields, and capture campaign tags automatically.
Prefill
Append any field key to the hosted link and the field is filled in when the page opens:
https://forms.pixelverse.tech/f/your-slug?email=jane%40acme.com&plan=pro&interests=design,updates- Multi-value fields (checkboxes, multi-select) accept comma-separated values.
- Values are matched against option values first, then labels.
- Turn prefill off per form in Settings → Access if the link should never carry data.
Hidden fields
A Hidden field is the usual way to carry a source, campaign or customer ID through to the response. It is never shown, but it is prefilled from the URL and saved like any other answer. Templates such as Lead capture include a hidden utm_source out of the box.
UTM parameters
Whether or not you add hidden fields, the hosted page captures utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content from the URL, along with the page URL and the time taken to complete the form. They are stored under _meta, shown with each response, included in exports and webhooks, and available in analytics as sources.
API forms can send the same keys inside a _meta object in the payload.
