Email branding
Accent colour, logo, sender name and footer for every email a form sends.
Open Emails → Branding. Settings apply to both the notification and the confirmation of that form.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Accent colour | Buttons and links inside the email. Defaults to the platform violet. |
| Header | None (default), a logo, or a logo on a coloured band. The body you wrote is never altered. |
| Logo | A PNG or SVG URL, shown at the top when the header is on. |
| Sender name | The display name in the From line. The address stays on our verified domain. |
| Footer | A short note under the body, for example your company name and address. |
Deliverability
All mail is sent through a verified domain with DKIM and SPF in place, which is why it lands in inboxes rather than spam folders. Custom sending domains are available on Enterprise.
