Exports

Download every response of a form as CSV or JSON.

From a form's Responses tab open the Export menu and choose CSV or JSON. The file includes every genuine response of the form; switch to the Spam tab first to export spam instead.

CSV columns

  1. Response ID and submitted time (ISO 8601, UTC).
  2. One column per field in builder order, headed by the field label. API forms get a column per key seen.
  3. Metadata: country, city, device, browser, operating system, referrer and UTM tags.

Values are UTF-8 with a byte-order mark so Excel opens them correctly. Multi-value answers are joined with commas.

JSON

An array of response objects in the same shape as the webhook payload, so code written for one works for the other.
