Confirmation emails

Turn on Send a confirmation in the Emails tab to email the sender a copy of what they submitted. It is sent from the same verified domain as notifications, with Reply-To set to your notification address so a reply from them reaches you.

Requirements

• The form must capture an email address. Builder forms use the field you choose; API forms use the Email field key (default email).
• If the address is missing or invalid the confirmation is skipped silently and the notification still goes out.

Good defaults

A short thank-you, what happens next and when, and the answers table so they have a record. Every template starts with that and you can change all of it.
