Deliver
Notification emails
The email you receive for each response, who it goes to, and why replying to it reaches the sender.
When a genuine response arrives, a notification is sent to the addresses in Settings → Notifications. The From is PixelVerse Forms on a verified sending domain; the Reply-To is the sender's address, taken from the form's email field.
Reply-To routing
Because Reply-To is set, pressing reply in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or anything else addresses your message to the person who filled in the form. The conversation threads in your own mail client, your address is never embedded in the public form, and nothing about the sender is exposed on your page.
Recipients
- List several addresses separated by commas to notify a team.
- Leave the list empty to receive nothing by email and rely on the inbox and webhooks. The dashboard flags forms without notifications.
- Spam and rate-limited responses never send notifications.
Subject and body
Edit both in the form's Emails tab. The subject and body accept the same variables, so a subject like New message from {{name}} · {{form_name}} is common. The body editor supports headings, lists, buttons, images, dividers and the movable answers table block.
