Hosted links and QR codes
Every builder form has a public page. Change its slug, share it, print it, and control how it unfurls.
A live builder form is served at https://forms.pixelverse.tech/f/your-slug. It is rendered on the server, so it opens without a spinner and link previews show the real title and description.
Slug
The slug is generated from the form name and can be changed in Settings. Changing it breaks old links, so update anywhere the form has been shared.
Share tab
- Link: copy the hosted URL.
- QR code: download it for print, menus and signage.
- Embed: the iframe snippet, see Embedding.
- Endpoint: the submit URL for your own markup, see Submit API.
Link previews and search
Under Settings → SEO set the page title, description and preview image used when the link is shared in chat apps and social networks. Hosted forms are kept out of search engines so they never compete with your own site.
Privacy
Hosted pages load no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels and set no cookies. Location, device and referrer are derived on the server when the response is processed.
